Job summary

Magnet Forensics is seeking a product/platform leader to own domain end-to-end, shaping identity, access, provisioning, and regional deployment decisions. You’ll work with multiple engineering teams and directly engage customer administrators to translate needs into roadmap priorities.

You have 4–6 years in platform or B2B SaaS product management, with an engineering background, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering background earlier in career.
• Direct experience with identity and access management, multi-tenant modeling, permissions."
• Enterprise or B2B SaaS experience, including exposure to security reviews and procurement shaping what you can ship.
• Analytical rigor with ability to size opportunities and back up decisions with data.
• Strong written communication and ability to articulate platform decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working with customer environments that are locked down and highly secure.

Responsibilities

• Own account-level administration, including org structure, user lifecycle, roles, and audit trails.
• Lead identity and access management, SSO, SCIM provisioning, MFA, and policy decisions.
• Oversee order fulfillment, entitlements, renewals, and handoffs between commercial systems and the platform.
• Own deployment site and regional footprint logic, data residency and region expansion analyses.
• Own internal tooling used by support, success, and operations to administer accounts and resolve issues.
