Qualifications

• Hands-on platform engineer with practical EKS in AWS.
• Strong automation-first mindset and scripting/infra-as-code ability.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
• Comfortable leading troubleshooting for production environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support large-scale Red Hat OpenShift environments.
• Perform cluster upgrades, patching, lifecycle management, and platform maintenance.
• Troubleshoot cluster, node, networking, storage, and deployment issues.
• Manage OpenShift Operators, MachineConfig, RBAC, SCCs, monitoring, and logging solutions.
• Support onboarding of application teams onto the platform.
• Participate in production incident response, root cause analysis, and improvements.
