This role focuses on developing and modernizing platforms for cloud-native applications, integrating solutions for telemetry collection, and collaborating with various teams to ensure best practices in monitoring and observability. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience with public cloud providers, observability tools, and container technologies. Candidates must also have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Observability, Logging, and Monitoring in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Datadog.
• Experience working with container technologies and orchestration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modernize Observability platforms for cloud-native applications.
• Design, integrate, and maintain solutions for telemetry collection.
• Collaborate with software developers and security teams.

Skills

Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google)

Observability, Logging, and Monitoring experience

Observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)

Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

Configuring dashboards and alerts

Monitoring applications in cloud environments

Integrating tools with CI/CD pipelines

Communication and problem-solving

Linux operating systems and databases

Understanding of service delivery components
