Job summary

Agilus by Synergie is seeking a Platform Engineer to manage Kubernetes on GKE in a hybrid Toronto setting. The role focuses on building and maintaining scalable Kubernetes platforms, automating operations, and enabling MLOps and AI workloads.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on production Kubernetes experience and proficiency with Helm, Argo CD, and GitOps. The position offers a hybrid work model in Toronto with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Experience building, deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially GKE.
• Experience deploying Kubernetes apps with Helm.
• Experience with Argo CD and GitOps deployment practices.
• Strong troubleshooting across apps, containers, and cloud infra.
• Experience maintaining production Kubernetes platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage Kubernetes infrastructure across the GKE environment.
• Support design and development of platforms for MLOps, AI, and agentic apps.
• Deploy and manage production applications on Kubernetes.
• Use Helm and Argo CD for deployments.
• Establish scalable deployment patterns and operational standards for AI workloads.
• Automate platform operations and improve reliability of Kubernetes deployments.
