Job summary

Lush Digital in Toronto, ON is seeking an Intermediate DevOps Engineer to support, operate, and enhance our global digital infrastructure. You will partner with software engineers to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable platforms, with a focus on automation and modern cloud-native practices.

The role emphasizes IaC with Terraform, container orchestration with Kubernetes and Helm, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD and ArgoCD).

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in DevOps or a related role.
Terraform IaC and familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes and Helm for container orchestration.
Solid CI/CD experience with GitLab CI/CD and ArgoCD.
Observability tooling with Loki, Prometheus and Grafana.
Experience with DNS providers such as Cloudflare.
Experience supporting 24/7 global production environments.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support the global digital infrastructure for reliability and performance.
Contribute to Terraform modules for automated provisioning and consistent infra state.
Manage containerized workloads with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm; troubleshoot deployments.
Maintain and optimize GitLab CI/CD and ArgoCD pipelines for secure deployments.
Monitor system health with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki; create alerts and dashboards; participate in on-call rotation.
Collaborate with software engineers on SDLC, assisting with branching and deployment workflows.
Apply security best practices across infrastructure configurations and deployment pipelines.
