Job summary

Finlink Group is seeking a Platform Economy Manager to blend data, design and strategy. You’ll analyze player behavior, in-game economies, and KPIs to surface actionable insights and shape long-term gameplay systems.

The role requires 5+ years in data strategy or economy design, a degree in a quantitative field, and a passion for games. You will translate complex data into stories for designers, PMs and leadership, and drive cross-functional monetization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or a similar field.
• 5+ years in data strategy, systems analysis, or economy design.
• Experience with large datasets and identifying signals in noise.
• Strong storytelling with numbers.
• Self-motivated, detail-obsessed, and comfortable moving fast.
• Bonus: Genuine love for games and understanding of systems impact on behavior.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product performance and make strategic recommendations based on hard data

What You Bring
