Finlink Group in Markham seeks a Platform Economy Manager who loves turning data into strategy. You’ll analyze player behavior, in‑game economies, and KPIs to surface opportunities, identify risks, and tell clear stories to design and product teams.

This role blends data science with product thinking: build models to predict how gameplay changes impact retention, engagement, and monetization; run hands‑on configuration of internal systems; and drive player segmentation, campaigns, and feature

Qualifications

• Degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or a similar field.
• 5+ years in data strategy, systems analysis, or economy design, preferably in gaming or tech.
• You know your way around large datasets and love finding the signal in the noise.
• You’re not just analytical, you’re a storyteller with numbers.
• Self-motivated, detail-obsessed, and comfortable moving fast.
• Bonus: You genuinely love games and get how systems affect player behavior.
