Job summary

Eska Water seeks an Injection Operator to run plastic injection molding on automated lines producing high-quality bottles. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, managing resin and Gaylord inventory, and supporting maintenance and safety procedures.

The role requires following established operating procedures, collaborating with the Injection Technician, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in the injection room for efficient production.

Qualifications

• The candidate must meet the standard requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous operation of production equipment and replace full Gaylords with empty ones.
• Record produced Gaylords of preforms and caps in inventory according to procedures.
• Unload resin and supply the production equipment hoppers per the production plan.
• Assist Injection Technician during maintenance and start-up/shutdown as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized injection room and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Participate in investigations of equipment failures and corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross-shift information on health, safety, equipment status, and inventory.
