Imaflex Inc. recherche un opérateur de production • Permanent • sur site à Victoriaville. Postulez si vous avez une expérience dans l’industrie et souhaitez travailler en équipe dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant.

La langue de travail est le français et un horaire en shifts est possible. Le poste requiert de peser des résines et des additifs, de surveiller la qualité et d’assurer le bon fonctionnement des lignes d’extrusion et de moulage.

Qualifications

• Diplôme d'études secondaires ou expérience équivalente requise.
• Expérience dans un environnement industriel est un atout.
• Bonne aptitude à lire des formules et à effectuer des ajustements mineurs.

Responsibilities

• Réaliser des dépannages et petits réglages des équipements.
• Peser résines, colorants et autres produits selon les formules.
• Surveiller et inspecter la qualité du matériel produit.
• Renseigner les matériaux pesés dans les machines de mélange.
• Mettre en place et faire fonctionner les extrusionnes pour produire le composé plastique.
• Changer les matrices selon le changement de ligne de production.
• Mettre en place et faire fonctionner une ou plusieurs machines de moulage.
• Nettoyer et effectuer des petites réparations des machines et équipements.

Tasks

• Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment
• Weigh resins, colorants and other chemicals according to formulae
• Monitor and inspect quality of material produced
• Place weighed materials in mixing machines
• Set up and operate extruding machines to extrude plastic compound through a nozzle or die
• Change dies on extruding machines according to production line change
• Set up and operate one or more moulding machines to mould plastic products
• Clean and make minor repairs to machines and equipment
