Job summary

Rodrigue Métal Ltée, a Quebec-based manufacturer in Lévis, seeks a Plasma Cutter Operator to join a hands-on fabrication team. You will cut parts, load materials, and uphold equipment safety on a modern plant floor.

Ideal candidates have a vocational/technical background, basic computer skills, and the ability to work with imperial and metric measurements, with strong teamwork and autonomy. Forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Vocational or high school diploma or relevant manufacturing experience.
• Proficient with imperial and metric measurements and basic computer skills.
• Ability to operate a plasma cutter and forklift in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Cut parts using the plasma cutter according to plans and tolerances.

Your Role

• Cut parts using the plasma cutter according to plans and tolerances.
• Load and unload material on the cutting table.
• Ensure proper operation, basic maintenance, and equipment safety.

Desired Profile

• Vocational or high school diploma, or relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficiency in imperial and metric measurements.
• Forklift driving experience (certification an asset).
• Resourcefulness, autonomy, sense of responsibility, and teamwork.
• Willingness to perform all other related duties.
