Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. You will be accountable for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, and continuous improvement, coordinating with R&D, Engineering, and Supply Chain. This on-site role runs 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with on-call 24 hours.

Travel to support other sites up to 15% may be required. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering or business, 10+ years in manufacturing, and a track record in

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business-related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% for site support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe and engaging environment for all employees and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Ensure systems support quality, delivery, and KPI targets including ISO 9001 adherence.
  • Lead cost and productivity targets, including inventory accuracy and Lean improvements.
  • Champion Carlisle Operating System implementation and drive site initiatives.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Technical Services, Sales, Customer Service and Logistics.
