Job summary

Plasti-Fab, a Carlisle Company, is seeking a Plant Manager to lead our Calgary-area site. The role oversees safety, quality, delivery, cost, people and continuous improvement in a 24x7 operation.

You will partner with R&D, Engineering, Technical Services, Sales, Customer Service and Logistics to drive KPIs and ISO compliance. A Bachelor's in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and 10+ years of manufacturing leadership are required, with travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership position including Plant Manager experience.
• Travel will be required up to 15% of the time supporting other sites or meetings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery and cost targets across a 24x7 operation.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Carlisle Operating System deployment.
• Coordinate with R&D, Engineering, Technical Services, Sales, Customer Service and Logistics.
• Develop talent and succession planning; drive staff engagement and leadership development.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to meet KPIs and regulatory compliance (ISO 9001/ISO 14001).
• Manage inventory accuracy and production scheduling to optimize costs.
