Job summary

CBM is seeking a permanent Plant/Loader Operator based in Woodville, Ontario. This full-time role involves operating loader equipment, performing pre-use inspections, and maintaining plant machinery, with training provided. You must be reliable, punctual and able to work 11-hour shifts (6am–5pm, Monday to Friday) and have a valid Ontario driver’s license and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and foster our safety culture by performing pre-use inspections, hazard and near miss reports, and committing to working safely always.
• Operate heavy equipment (loader, skid steer etc.), various hand tools, and other types of machinery in a safe and efficient manner. Training is provided!
• Perform maintenance on plant equipment as needed, including changing screens, greasing, moving equipment etc.
• Demonstrate teamwork and positive attitude.
• Other duties as assigned.
