Job summary

CBM Ready-Mix is seeking a Ready-Mix Driver based in Peterborough, Ontario. This is a permanent full-time role delivering concrete to customer sites, with emphasis on safety and professionalism.

Hourly rate ranges from $28.96 to $29.96, with overtime opportunities. Valid DZ or AZ license and a clean driving abstract are required. Knowledge of Highway Traffic Act and experience with manual transmission are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid DZ or AZ license with 3-year driving abstract.
• Knowledge of the Highway Traffic Act.
• Experience with manual transmission.
• Operate heavy equipment such as loaders.
• Flexible scheduling and overtime availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip inspections and health and safety procedures.
• Deliver and unload concrete to customer sites.
• Be professional with customers/contractors.
• Operate trucks in a safe and consistent manner.
• Must be able to operate heavy equipment (loaders).
• Other duties as assigned.
