Pattison Food Group in Langley, BC is seeking a full-time Planogram Designer to join the Visual Merchandising team. You will partner with Category Managers to develop and update category planograms across all stores, driving profitable sales and influencing shopper behavior.

You will analyze market trends, conduct space planning with BlueYonder, identify optimal facings, and ensure adherence to merchandising standards while clearly communicating strategies to store teams.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in a retail organization, creating and designing merchandising displays.
• A bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, marketing or related field is an asset.
• Experience with BlueYonder or similar category management/space planning tools is an asset.
• Experience interpreting sales, customer, market and competitive data.

Responsabilidades
