Job summary

Pattison Food Group Ltd. in Langley, BC is hiring a temporary Merchandising Services Administrator for a 6‑month assignment. You will support store pricing, promotions, and merchandising initiatives across multiple departments to ensure pricing integrity.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant retail experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and flexibility to travel to stores as needed, including occasional weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with pricing changes in retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate pricing and promotional issues and coordinate corrective actions to maintain pricing accuracy.
• Write memos and emails to communicate changes and issues to all areas of the business.
• Work with IT to test various merchandising and POS systems.
• Support Merchandising, Marketing, More Rewards, IT, Finance, E‑commerce, and stores with pricing, promotions and events.
• Coordinate new and existing merchandising and marketing programs, including testing and creating advanced offers.
• Troubleshoot pricing or promotional escalations with IT.
• Support new store openings, conversions and integration ensuring pricing and promo system integrity.

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time temporary Merchandising Services Administrator to join our Merchandising team in Langley, BC. This temporary position is expected to last 6 months.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Merchandising Services, you will be responsible for supporting multiple Store Support Centre departments and all retail stores by investigating and resolving pricing and promotional inquiries to ensure the accuracy and integrity of store pricing.

You will be responsible for:

• Investigating pricing and promotional issues and coordinating corrective actions to maintain pricing accuracy.
• Writing memos and emails to communicate changes and issues to all areas of the business.
• Working with IT to test various merchandising and POS systems.
• Supporting Merchandising, Marketing, More Rewards, IT, Finance, E-commerce, and retail stores with pricing, promotions and large-scale merchandising events.
• Coordinating new and existing merchandising and marketing programs, including testing and creating advanced offers.
• Troubleshooting pricing or promotional escalations with IT.
• Supporting new store openings, conversions and integration in ensuring pricing and promotional system integrity.

You have:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working in a retail store and price changes is considered an asset.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends and statutory holidays as needed.
• The ability to travel to stores on an as-needed basis.

Compensation Details:

$49,841.00 - $62,302.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
