Leduc County is seeking an experienced Planner – Long Range Planning to support strategic land use planning and provide advisory services to internal and external stakeholders. You will assist on long-range initiatives, prepare plans, review referrals, and present findings to Council.
The role requires a planning degree and 2 years in long-range/regional planning, with membership eligibility in relevant associations.

Through managing priorities, the Planner is a key contributor to the achievement of the department’s operational deliverables.

We offer a competitive annual salary of between $78,533.00 and $98,165.00, flexible work options, a 100% employer-paid comprehensive benefits package and a starting three-weeks vacation allocation.
The opportunity is temporary full-time (term position to the end of December 2028) and is 35 hours per week scheduled Monday to Friday, with some extended hours to meet operational requirements. The office is located at 101-1101 5 St. Nisku, AB.
