Job summary

EBC Inc. in Campbell River seeks an onsite Project Scheduler to lead the Supply & Install schedule and related look-aheads. You will turn the construction plan and engineers' inputs into a CPM model, maintain it against progress, and report the schedule as required by the contract.

You will work in the Submittals & Scheduling group reporting to the Project Director alongside the Document Controller.

Responsibilities

• Own the preparation, maintenance, updating and reporting of the project's Supply & Install Schedule and its look-aheads, narratives and registers.
• Convert the construction plan and inputs from discipline engineers into a CPM schedule model.
• Keep the CPM model current against actual progress and protect the critical path.
• Produce the schedule deliverables the contract requires at the frequency it specifies.
• Work within the Submittals & Scheduling function reporting to the Project Director, alongside the Document Controller.

We are seeking an onsite planner for our Ladore Project located in Campbell River.

This role will require full-time onsite presence.

The Project Scheduler owns the preparation, maintenance, updating and reporting of the project’s Supply & Install Schedule and its associated look-aheads, narratives and registers.

The role converts the construction plan and the discipline engineers’ inputs into a logically sound CPM model, keeps it current against actual progress, protects and analyses the critical path, and produces the schedule deliverables the contract requires at the frequency it specifies.

The role sits within the Submittals & Scheduling function reporting to the Project Director, working alongside the Document Controller
