Availability & Schedule

Monday to Sunday shifts, varying between 7:00 a.m. and 9:15 p.m., including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food preparation and serving areas meet safety and sanitation standards
• Season and cook food according to recipes and experience
• Test foods for doneness using tasting, smelling, or piercing methods
• Portion, garnish, and serve food
• Regulate oven temperatures
• Prepare meats and vegetables for pizzas
• Estimate food needs and manage supplies
• Assist in menu planning and pricing
• Perform other related duties

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred; some university or college experience is an asset. Minimum of one year experience as a cook.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Must work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to handle challenging situations and lift up to 50 lbs. Standing, walking, and repetitive tasks are involved.
