Job summary

Italian Centre Shop is seeking a Full-Time Pizza Cook at our Willow Park location in Calgary, AB. Join a family-like team that values great pizza, speed, and friendly service as you prepare pizzas to company recipes.

The role requires 1+ year of Cook/Pizza Cook/Line Cook experience, a passion for food, and the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Food Safe Certification is a plus and on-site parking is provided.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas according to company recipes.
• Prepare fresh ingredients and maintain food quality standards.
• Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently.
• Keep your workstation clean and follow all food safety procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and work collaboratively with your team.

What We’re looking for

• 1+ year of experience as a Cook, Pizza Cook, or Line Cook preferred.
• Passion for food and delivering quality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, organized, and a strong team player.
• Food Safe Certification is an asset.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday to Sunday availability required.
• Shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 9:15 p.m. , including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Standing for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Ability to lift up to 22.5 kg (50 lbs) .
