Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in project coordination.
• Construction project experience.
• Pipeline, oil & gas experience is considered an asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experienced in PO management, vendor coordination, cost tracking, and monthly reporting.

Responsibilities

• Efficient project execution by ensuring projects are set up correctly, costs are controlled, and reporting is accurate and delivered on time.
• Enable project execution by providing financial coordination, PO management, reporting, and project coordination support across the project lifecycle.
• PO management, vendor coordination, cost tracking, and monthly reporting.
• Support effective coordination across Construction Managers, Project Managers and internal stakeholders.
• Review the work product of junior project coordinator staff.
