Job summary

Chartright Air Group seeks an experienced Captain to fly the Challenger 350 from Moncton (YQM). You will command flights, ensure safety, and collaborate with Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to meet client needs.

The role requires high-hour, multi-engine IFR credentials, a TC medical, and a university degree or aviation diploma; you’ll lead training and support ongoing operational excellence.

Qualifications

• ATPL or CPL with IATRA required.
• Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR
• Valid Transport Canada Medical
• Canadian Radio Telephone License
• Minimum 3000 hours total flight time; 1000 hours PIC in multi-engine; 500 jet PIC

Responsibilities

• Act as the Captain on the Challenger 350 in Moncton (YQM)
• Ensure flights are conducted safely
• Support daily operation activities on reserve days
• Coordinate with Chartright’s Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure all operational and service requirements are delivered
• Foster collaboration and encourage sharing of ideas, improvements and solutions
• Provide direct customer service to clients contributing to their exceptional client experience
• Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the Captain on the Challenger 350 aircraft in Moncton (YQM)
• Ensure flights are conducted in a safe manner
• Support daily operation activities on available reserve days
• Liaise with Chartright’s Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure all operational and service requirements are delivered
• Foster an environment of collaboration and encourage an atmosphere where co-workers can share ideas, improvements and solutions
• Provide direct customer service to clients contributing to their exceptional client experience
• Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required

What You Bring:

• Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with IATRA
• Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR
• Valid Transport Canada Medical
• Canadian Radio Telephone License
• Minimum of 3000 hours total flight time
• Minimum of 1000 hours PIC in a multi-engine aircraft PIC hours
• Minimum of 500 jet PIC hours
• A University degree or College diploma in Aviation preferred
• Ability to lift up to 60 Ibs
• Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits
• Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance
• Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices
• A positive mindset with the strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively build relationships across the organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional client service, organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support clients’ needs
