Job summary

Chartright Air Group seeks an experienced Captain for Challenger 650 operations in Toronto, joining a tight-knit three-pilot crew. You will ensure safe flight operations, coordinate with the Flight Coordination Centre, and deliver exceptional client experiences across a fast-paced aviation environment.

The role requires ATPL or IATRA, Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR, and TC Medical, with international flight exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• ATPL or IATRA license required.
• Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR certification required.
• Transport Canada Medical valid.
• Canadian Radio Telephone License is required.
• Previous international flying experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Captain on the Challenger 650 aircraft in Toronto as part of a three-pilot crew.
• Ensure flights are conducted safely and in compliance with CARs.
• Support daily operation activities on reserve days.
• Liaise with Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to deliver operational and service requirements.
• Foster collaboration and an environment where colleagues share ideas and improvements.
• Provide direct client service contributing to exceptional experience.
• Perform monthly training and other duties as required.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a Captain on the Challenger 650 aircraft in Toronto as part of a dedicated three-pilot crew
• Ensure flights are conducted in a safe manner
• Support daily operation activities on available reserve days
• Liaise with Chartright’s Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure all operational and service requirements are delivered
• Foster an environment of collaboration and encourage an atmosphere where co-workers can share ideas, improvements and solutions
• Provide direct customer service to clients contributing to their exceptional client experience
• Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required

What You Bring

• Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Valid IATRA
• Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR
• Valid Transport Canada Medical
• Canadian Radio Telephone License
• Type rating in CL64 series aircraft is an asset
• Minimum of 4000 hours total flight time
• Minimum of 1000 multi-engine PIC hours
• Minimum of 1000 jet PIC hours
• Ability to lift up to 60 Ibs
• International experience
• Hands‑on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits
• Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance
• Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices
• A positive mindset with the strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively build relationships across the organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional client service, organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support clients’ needs
• Previous International flying experience (Europe & South America) is required
• Previous time on type is preferred
