Flynn Group of Companies - Picker/Packer Operator

Flynn Group of Companies is currently seeking a Picker/Packer Operator to support our Vancouver Branch located in Surrey, BC (Office Location - 19175 - 22nd Avenue, Surrey BC V3Z 3S6), reporting to the Inventory Manager.

A Day In The Life

• Collaborate with team members to fulfill various requests.
• Pick large format materials, including up to 30’ bundles (team-based order picking).
• Select smaller accessories and parts to complement larger materials.
• Maintain inventory systems for accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate equipment such as motorized pallet jacks, SUCB forklift trucks, Combi-lift side loader reach trucks, and scissor lift aerial work platforms. Training will be provided.
• Participate in special projects and follow directions from management.

What We Are Seeking

• Warehouse or retail experience in order picking and packing
• Attention to detail and adherence to strict processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player
• Experience with warehousing and cyclic inventory management
• Forklift experience (SDCB and Combi-lift) preferred; training will be provided
• Strong organizational skills, especially in consolidating required materials
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary
