Job summary

Merriam Music Inc. is seeking a high-energy sales professional to engage piano clients, educate them on products and services, and facilitate purchases both in-showroom and online.

The role emphasizes learning the market, maintaining expert product knowledge, and contributing to a collaborative team across three GTA locations. A strong sales track record and comfort with instruments are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or related roles is required.
• Must have completed post-secondary education.
• Familiar with cloud productivity tools and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Serve piano clients, educate on products/services, close sales.
• Learn the marketplace and maintain product knowledge.
• Provide floor coverage across GTA locations (Oakville, Vaughan, Toronto) with home base.
• Participate in development, training, and meetings outside hours.
• Adhere to processes, procedures, and sales philosophies using provided tools.
