Job summary

Dialogue is Canada\'s leading virtual care provider. Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centred musculoskeletal care within our on-site corporate clinics, assess, diagnose, and treat conditions while promoting recovery, functional improvement, and injury prevention.

This is a contractual, 100% in-person position. You will work with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and care coordinators to ensure integrated care and maintain comprehensive clinical

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physiotherapy required.
• Minimum availability of 21 hours per week.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary or corporate health setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments, establish physiotherapy diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise programs, and rehabilitation.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, and ergonomics to support long-term self-management.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and care coordinators to ensure integrated, seamless care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
