Dialogue, the leading virtual care provider in Canada, is seeking a Physiotherapist for on-site corporate clinics in Montreal. Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions, promote recovery, and work within an integrated care team to support employees and their families.

This 100% in-person contract position requires a Master's in Physiotherapy, a minimum of 21 hours per week, and prior experience in multidisciplinary or corporate health

Formación

• Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
• Minimum availability of 21 hours per week.
• Experience in multidisciplinary or corporate health setting.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments, establish physiotherapy diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise programs, and rehabilitation
• Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, and ergonomics to support long-term self-management
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and care coordinators to ensure integrated, seamless care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with professional and regulatory standards
