Lifemark Pembroke is seeking a passionate physiotherapist to join our Pembroke clinic. You will develop personalized treatment plans and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes across a varied caseload.

Applicants should have active provincial licensure and 1–2+ years of outpatient experience; new grads with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply. This on-site role offers competitive hourly compensation and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience (preferred; new grads with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply).
• Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
• Professional liability insurance (as required).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring and participating in clinic events.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support rehabilitation and wellness goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care.
• Mentor and lead as assigned to build the next generation of clinicians.
• Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
• Utilize e-charting and digital tools to streamline workflow.
• Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize impact.
• Educate patients and families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
