Job summary

Lifemark Collingwood Sport Medicine & Rehabilitation Centre is seeking a passionate physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This role offers flexible hours and both part-time and full-time opportunities, with a compensation range reflecting experience and market norms.

Qualifications

• Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
• Professional liability insurance (as required).
• 1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience (preferred; new grads with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply!).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support rehabilitation and wellness goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
• Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
• Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline workflow.
• Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
