Job summary

CBI Home Health in Edmonton, Alberta, is seeking a Physiotherapist to deliver home-based care. You will work with clients to develop and implement treatment plans aimed at maintaining and improving physical abilities, lifestyles, and well-being.

You will manage clinical caseloads, coordinate therapy services, and participate in a collaborative care model with interdisciplinary teams, funders, and the community. Travel within the area is required, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.
• Ability to travel within Red Deer area.
• CPR Level C certification issued within the last 12 months.
• Your focus is to embrace person and family-centered care.
• You are passionate, empathetic, use good judgement and apply critical thinking when making client decisions.
• You are known for your excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team as well as work independently.
• You value the role a therapist plays in keeping clients at home when that is of personal importance.

What you will need to be successful

• You are registered as a member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.
• Ability to travel within the Red Deer area (valid driver's license and reliable car is required).
• Health Care Providers Level C CPR certification issued within the last 12 months prior to commencement of employment.
