Reporting to the Director, Resident Services, the Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes managing schedules, correspondence, and coordinating communication between departments, residents, and external contacts.
The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. The Executive Assistant will also assist in preparing reports, organizing meetings, and supporting the implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
