Job description

At Health Craft Clinic, we aim to empower our patients through improvement in health, education, and rehabilitation to restore functionality.

We focus on addressing each individual's needs with a wide variety of services such as Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Dry Needling / Intramuscular Needling (IMS), Active Rehabilitation, Vestibular, and Concussion Rehab. In addition, we offer custom braces, foot orthotics, and compression socks.

The many musculoskeletal conditions/injuries we encounter include sports injuries, trauma, back pain, shoulder pain, strains, pelvic floor repair for postpartum pregnancy, sprains, vestibular conditions, concussions, and motor vehicle accidents.

Competitive Compensation: Commission negotiable, and 10% commission for all products (custom braces, orthotics & compression socks).

Beautiful Treatment Rooms: We have two treatment rooms with an amazing view of Vancouver. The rooms come stocked with electric tables, sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, etc.

Operation: Our clinic is open Monday to Friday from 11:45 AM to 6:00 PM.

Ideal Location: High foot traffic street in Vancouver near the Broadway / City Hall Skytrain station.

Supportive Team & Resources: We have a well-rounded and growing team, with exceptional support from reception, clinic management, payroll, a CRM system (JaneApp) with online booking and charting, and a fully equipped marketing team.

Responsibilities :

• Understand client symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals
• Develop and communicate personalized treatment plans
• Guide patients on remedial exercises
• Document client conditions and progress accurately
• Build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Implement new technology and software efficiently
• Dry needling and acupuncture skills are assets

Qualifications :

• Licensed and in good standing with the relevant college
