Job summary

SE Health in Fort Erie, Ontario, seeks a Physiotherapist to deliver client-centered care in homes and communities within the Niagara region. You will assess, set goals, and implement goal-directed treatment with an emphasis on maximizing independence.

The role supports a hybrid working approach, balancing remote tasks with in-person client visits. You will join a not-for-profit social enterprise with strong leadership, education support, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physiotherapy program and member in good standing of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • Experience in acute/rehab or community-based rehab is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary rehab team.

Requirements:
  • A graduate of an accredited program in Physiotherapy and are a member in good standing of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Recent experience in managing patients inacute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team while supporting positive client outcomes.
  • Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset
  • Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • A positive work and attendance record is essential
  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications
  • This role follows a hybrid work approach where you are able to work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting
