Job summary

SE Health is seeking a Physiotherapist to support clients in Georgina, Sutton, Keswick, Pefferlaw, and surrounding areas. The role combines in-home and clinic work in a hybrid model, utilizing a client-centered approach to improve independence and outcomes.

You will conduct assessments, set goals, and implement personalized treatment plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to optimize care and maximize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physiotherapy program and in good standing with the Ontario College of Physiotherapists.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary rehab team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements:
  • A graduate of an accredited program in Physiotherapy and are a member in good standing of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Recent experience in managing patients inacute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team while supporting positive client outcomes.
  • Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset
  • Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • A positive work and attendance record is essential
  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications
  • This role follows a hybrid work approach where you are able to work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting
