Job summary

SE Health is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our Niagara Region team in Fort Erie, delivering high-quality, client-centered care in homes and communities. You will assess, set goals, and implement treatment programs for clients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maximize independence and improve outcomes.

The role supports a hybrid work approach, balancing remote coordination with in-person care, and offers opportunities for professional growth and involvement in innovative health

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physiotherapy program.
• Member in good standing of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
• Experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community rehab is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within an interdisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with community resources is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; reliable attendance.

Requirements:

• A graduate of an accredited program in Physiotherapy and are a member in good standing of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Recent experience in managing patients inacute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team while supporting positive client outcomes.
• Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset
• Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• A positive work and attendance record is essential
• Ability to adapt to new computer applications
• This role follows a hybrid work approach where you are able to work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting
