Job summary

Drug Intelligence, Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Analyst to support physician and healthcare professional recruitment for market research studies. The role includes outreach, screening, scheduling, profiling, and maintaining recruitment metrics while ensuring data privacy and quality standards.

You will assist with office tasks and process improvements, coordinating across studies and timelines to meet targets. Fluency in English; French preferred; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in market research, recruitment, or related roles.
• Interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences research.
• Fluent in English and French – preferred.
• Experience using Salesforce is considered an asset.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and overlapping deadlines.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Monday.com automations, Claude, Python) is an asset.
• Strong analytical skills with recruitment metrics tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support physician and healthcare professional recruitment for studies.
• Build and maintain profiles for healthcare professionals across specialties.
• Find contact information for health care practitioners from journals and websites.
• Conduct outreach, follow-up, and scheduling with potential respondents.
• Screen physicians against study criteria and qualifications.
• Maintain accurate tracking of recruitment status, quotas, and timelines.
• Ensure respondent data privacy and compliance with standards.
• Flag recruitment challenges and assist troubleshooting.
• Support process documentation and continuous improvement efforts.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics and trends to leadership.
• Report potential adverse events to the client pharmacovigilance department.
• Assist with office administration tasks as needed.
