Drug Intelligence, Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Analyst to support physician and healthcare professional recruitment for market research studies. The role includes outreach, screening, scheduling, profiling, and maintaining recruitment metrics while ensuring data privacy and quality standards.

You will assist with office tasks and process improvements, coordinating across studies and timelines to meet targets. Fluency in English; French preferred; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences research.
  • Fluent in English and French – preferred.
  • Experience using Salesforce is considered an asset.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and overlapping deadlines.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Monday.com automations, Claude, Python) is an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills with recruitment metrics tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Support physician and healthcare professional recruitment for studies.

  • Conduct outreach, follow-up, and scheduling with potential respondents.

  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and trends to leadership.
  • Report potential adverse events to the client pharmacovigilance department.
  • Assist with office administration tasks as needed.

Job description

The Recruitment Analyst supports the recruitment of physicians and other healthcare professionals for market research studies. This role assists with outreach, screening, scheduling, and tracking of respondents to ensure studies meet recruitment targets, timelines, and quality standards. This role will also support with some office management tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support physician and healthcare professional recruitment for qualitative and quantitative studies
  • Research, build and maintain profiles for healthcare professionals across a range of specialties
  • Find contact information for health care practitioners through journal articles, websites, etc.
  • Conduct outreach, follow-up, and scheduling with potential respondents
  • Assist with screening and qualification of physicians against study criteria
  • Maintain accurate tracking of recruitment status, quotas, and timelines
  • Ensure respondent data is accurate and compliant with privacy standards
  • Flag recruitment challenges and support troubleshooting efforts
  • Support process documentation and continuous improvement efforts
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics on a recurring basis, flagging trends or anomalies to leadership
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses on recruitment performance
  • Report any potential adverse events to the pharmacovigilance department of the client
  • Support with office administration tasks, such as helping plan office events, ordering / resupplying office snacks etc.
Qualifications
  • 1–3+ years of experience in market research, recruitment, operations, sales or related roles
  • Interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences research
  • Fluent in English and French – preferred
  • Experience using Salesforce is considered an asset
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and overlapping deadlines
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Monday.com automations, Claude, Python) is an asset
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking, analyzing, and reporting on recruitment metrics (e.g., conversion rates, physician participation rates, attrition rates, etc.)
Location

Hybrid (3-4 days a week in office – 130 Bloor St W)
