Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of contracts experience
• Master's degree with 3 years of contracts experience
• Healthcare, physician contracting, or related experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and negotiate physician employment agreements and contract terms.
• Conduct financial and compensation analyses related to physician recruitment and offers.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and serve as a partner with recruitment and leadership teams.
• Support ongoing compensation reviews, amendments, and program administration.
• Collaborate with legal, operations, and physician leadership throughout contracting processes
