Job summary

Interior Health Authority is seeking a permanent full-time Physician Compensation Analyst, PIP Superuser who is passionate about systems administration, data analytics, and process improvement. You will act as the subject matter expert for the Physician Invoice Portal (PIP), supporting contract administration, reporting, training, and system enhancements.

Location: The worksite location is flexible within the Interior Health region.

Responsibilities

• Acts as superuser for the Physician Invoice Portal (PIP), providing contract development, user support and training.
• Produces reporting and analytics for PIP contracts and payments.
• Liaises with Health Technology and the software developer to enhance the system.
• Provides data analyses to inform planning and decision-making for leadership.
• Analyzes physician compensation data from multiple sources to support contracts and funding.
• Leads implementation of billing and service reporting for new contracts with cross-functional teams.
