Job summary

Interior Health is seeking a permanent full-time Physician Compensation Analyst, PIP Superuser to lead system administration, data analytics, and process improvement for the Physician Invoice Portal (PIP). This role supports contract administration, reporting, training, and system enhancements within the Medicine division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or CPA is required.
• One to three years of experience relevant to the duties.
• An equivalent combination of related education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Act as superuser for the Physician Invoice Portal (PIP) including contract development, user support and training.
• Provide reporting and analytics for PIP contracts and payments.
• Liaise with Health Technology and software developers to enhance the system.
• Communicate analyses and options to Managers, Directors, and Leadership teams.
• Coordinate with Finance, Medical Staff Contracts, and Ministry of Health on billing and reporting.
• Support new physician contracts with robust data and controls.
