Specific Skills

● Plan and execute in-studio product photoshoots for CPG brands, ensuring alignment with brand direction and campaign goals.

● Work closely with the Creative Director to ideate and develop original shoot concepts, mood boards, and set styling.

● Handle all elements of shoot execution including lighting, composition, camera operation, and prop styling.

● Own the post-production process retouching, color grading, and formatting assets for digital, print, and social use.

● Stay organized by maintaining file structure, shoot logs, and digital asset libraries.

● Collaborate with the graphic design and video teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across all channels.

● Keep a pulse on photography trends, platform-specific aesthetics, and competitive brand visuals.

● Contribute creative ideas during internal brainstorms and client-facing concept presentations.

● Support video shoot days and studio set builds as needed.

● Explore new tools and trends, including generative AI, that can enhance creativity and workflow efficiency.

● Ensure studio equipment is maintained, organized, and shoot-ready at all times.
