Reporting to the CKD Program, the registered Pharmacy Technician is responsible for performing Best Possible Medication History (BPMH) with patients and families primarily in CKD clinics. This may include in-centre hemodialysis patients. The Pharmacy Technician would also be responsible for technical tasks related to medication distribution in the CKD program.
