Job summary

Interior Health seeks a dedicated Pharmacy Technician for the Kelowna General Hospital Pharmacy Team in Kelowna, BC. This Permanent Full Time position involves working rotating shifts and leading technical functions in prescription preparation while adhering to Pharmacy regulations.

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 education is required.
  • Must have completed an accredited Pharmacy Technician program.
  • Must have current registration with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead technical functions in prescription preparation and processing.
  • Ensure high standards set by the College of Pharmacists are met.

About the Job

As a registered Pharmacy Technician, your role extends beyond traditional boundaries. You’ll spearhead a range of technical functions in prescription preparation and processing, guided by the high standards set by the College of Pharmacists of B.C. and aligned with our organizational protocols.

This is a Permanent Full Time (1.0 FTE) opportunity working rotating day, evening, and night shifts.

Applicable positions may qualify for up to $15,000 as a recruitment incentive and/or be eligible for relocation allowance.
