You will work to full scope of practice and support safe, efficient, and high‑quality patient care in all areas of medication distribution. Responsibilities include coordinating and performing sterile & non‑sterile compounding, final checks of medications, inventory, and procurement activities. You will check and dispense patient‑specific medication orders prepared by Pharmacy Assistants and other Technicians, prepare and check repackaged medications, and complete Patient BPMHs in a clinical setting. The role also involves mentoring Pharmacy Assistants and Technicians, training new staff, and precepting students while collaborating closely with pharmacists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. You will adhere to NAPRA and ACP standards, oversee delegated tasks, and contribute to operational activities and quality improvement initiatives. Strong verbal and written English communication skills, professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail are essential. Physical demands include standing, walking, keyboarding, lifting, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and kneeling. The role includes handling hazardous medications using appropriate PPE.
