Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Pharmacy Assistant diploma preferred.
• Experience in a pharmacy or customer service environment is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, collect prescription information and refer clinical questions to the Pharmacist.
• Receive, process and file prescription orders; adjudicate third‑party billing and manage documentation.
• Data entry and prescription workflow support, including labeling and packaging per standards.
