Job summary

Walmart Canada in Kitchener, ON is seeking an Over-the-Counter Associate to assist customers, zone their area, and support the Pharmacy team with daily tasks. You will maintain presentation and exemplify customer service aligned with Walmart's Basic Beliefs.

Responsibilities include confidentiality, POS handling at Pharmacy Pickup, stock rotation, pricing and labeling, and keeping the area clean and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all Privacy Act practices.
• Maximize department sales and profit with direction from the Pharmacy Manager.
• Rotate stock and check for expired products.
• Zone the department.
• Follow procedures for: Ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, and signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
• Keep the area N.C.O. and free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids.
• Maintain zero pricing errors (i.e. Scanning Credibility Program).
• Calibration of equipment used in the prescription filling process.
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions at Pharmacy Pickup while providing timely customer service.
