RPI Consulting Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager for Northern Ontario’s Kenora Belt. The role offers a lucrative hourly rate and a signing bonus, with relocation support for candidates moving from Toronto or elsewhere.

You’ll lead a team, ensure compliance with OCP standards, and expand clinical services like MedsChecks and immunizations while building strong patient and physician relationships in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with Ontario College of Pharmacists registration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing, inventory and workflow.
• Lead, hire, train and mentor pharmacists, technicians and assistants.
• Ensure compliance with Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) standards and regulations.
• Deliver and grow clinical services such as MedsChecks, minor ailment prescribing and immunizations.
• Build strong relationships with patients, physicians and the local healthcare community.
• Drive pharmacy performance and patient care quality.
