Job summary

RPI Consulting Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our team on central Vancouver Island, BC.

You’ll oversee daily operations and mentor pharmacists and technicians, while ensuring CPBC compliance and delivering expanded clinical services. Relocation assistance, signing bonus, annual bonus, four weeks paid time off, medical and dental coverage from day one, RRSP matching, stock options, licensing fees covered, tuition reimbursement, and overtime after 44 hours per week

Qualifications

• Registered, or eligible for registration, with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
• Pharmacy management or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and team-building skills.
• Passion for patient care and community health.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing, inventory and workflow.
• Lead, hire, train and mentor pharmacists, technicians and assistants.
• Ensure compliance with CPBC standards and regulations.
• Deliver and grow clinical services such as minor ailment and contraception prescribing, medication reviews and immunizations.
• Build strong relationships with patients, physicians and the local healthcare community.
• Drive pharmacy performance and patient care quality.
