Job summary

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a TERM FT Pharmacy Manager for Grand Medicine Pharmacy in Hodgson, Manitoba. You will lead the pharmacy team, oversee operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality patient care.

You will liaise with healthcare professionals, manage scheduling, and drive labor, inventory and expense control while promoting a positive work environment and clinical service revenue bonuses.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Manitoba College of Pharmacists.
• Injection certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care and patient counseling.
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care.
• Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures.
• Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training and development.
• Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld.
• Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings.
• Actively seek out new and innovative ways to improve processes.
• Manage P&L statements and achieve key operational targets (including but not limited to Labor, Inventory, Expense control).
