Job summary

Pharmabest is opening a brand-new pharmacy in Scarborough and is seeking an entrepreneurial Pharmacy Manager to lead from day one. This role offers the autonomy to shape the location's culture, team, and patient community while building a foundation for a future partnership.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, focus on clinical care, and drive patient growth through strong community relationships, with full-time hours and on-site work in Scarborough.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (Part A).
• Injection certification required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to grow a new location.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations, workflow, and staff scheduling
• Build and grow the patient base through strong clinical care and community relationships
• Deliver clinical services including MedsChecks, immunizations, and minor ailment assessments
• Oversee dispensing accuracy, ODB billing, and third-party claims
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and narcotic/controlled substance records
• Ensure full compliance with Ontario College of Pharmacists and Health Canada standards
• Recruit, mentor, and develop pharmacy staff as the location scales
